Page 1: 4 3/8 x 7 3/8 trimming file folder to fit. Put your sheet into folder, trace outline with pencil

Page 2: 7 3/8 x 4 7/8, cut a slit 1" in from the left side and 1 1/8 down from the top. Make a card 4 1/4 x 7 1/4 fold in half and attach 
​Page 3: 5 3/8 x 7 1/2 attach cut side only on 2 sides to create pocket 

First Flap: 7 1/2 x 4 3/4 
​Pocket: 4 3/4 x 2 place paper in file folder and trace with a pencil

Flap: 7 1/2 x 4 3/4 
corner pocket: 4 5/8 x 4 3/4 only adhere 2 sides to create pocket 

Flap: 7 1/2 x 4 3/4
